Product quality is a high priority. NorFalco regularly supplies customers' requirements for acid, meeting the following industry standards:

• NSF 60 Certification for Drinking Water (CEZ, Valleyfield plant, et Elizabeth, New Jersey terminal)
• Department of Defense Electrolyte Class 1

We demonstrate our commitment to acid quality by having a dedicated Quality Assurance Manager on staff. Quality control is practiced at each phase of the production process. Each plant has its own analytical laboratory for quality monitoring and the preparation of certificates of analysis for acid shipments. All plants use equipment specifically tailored to sulfuric acid analytical methods such as ultrasonic concentration measurement, colorimetric determination, atomic absorption analysis, inductively coupled plasma analysis, and wet chemical analytical procedures.
